Designed for an elite clientele, the club blends refined social interaction with premier service in a chic, high-altitude setting. We are seeking polished, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our team.
The Server plays a vital role in delivering a refined and personalized dining experience for our members and guests. As a front-line ambassador of our club, the Server must maintain the highest level of service, discretion, and professionalism while ensuring every interaction reflects the club’s brand of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
Guide guests through menu selections, including food, wine, and specialty cocktails, with expert knowledge and recommendations.
Accurately take and enter orders into POS system.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly; anticipate guest needs throughout service.
Maintain table cleanliness and reset areas for next guests with efficiency and elegance.
Manage multiple tables in a high-end, fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
Ensure all dietary needs, allergies, and preferences are communicated and accommodated properly.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure seamless service.
Uphold club policies regarding member privacy, conduct, and confidentiality.
Assist in special events, private functions, and VIP service as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of upscale dining or private club service experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of fine dining service etiquette, wine, and cocktail pairings.
Professional appearance and polished communication skills.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to remain calm, poised, and attentive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
POS and restaurant software experience (Toast, Aloha, or similar) a plus.
Must be 21+ years old (due to alcohol service).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
Must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor rooftop settings in varying weather.
