The Gathering Spot Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall atmosphere of our exclusive private membership club. This role is essential to ensuring our members enjoy an immaculate, welcoming, and elevated environment at all times.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands discretion in a private club setting, and consistently upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and maintain all common areas including lounges, dining rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and event spaces.

• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize surfaces according to club standards.

• Ensure restrooms and member areas are continuously stocked and impeccably maintained.

• Remove trash and recycling promptly and discreetly.

• Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis.

• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
   

Presentation & Standards

• Maintain high-end finishes, furnishings, and fixtures with care.

• Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly.

• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and operational protocols.

• Ensure all spaces reflect The Gathering Spot’s brand standards.
   

Member Experience

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor around members and guests.

• Protect member privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from management or members.
   

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience (hospitality or private club experience preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
